Elizabeth Stites participated in a learning event in Kampala at the end of the five-year Growth, Health and Governance Program implemented by Mercy Corps Uganda and funded by USAID/FFP. Elizabeth presented on Feinstein’s work on the project and spoke about the positive change, current opportunities, and continuing challenges that exist for programmers and policy makers working in the Karamoja region of northeastern Uganda.
