Anastasia Marshak discusses malnutrition in Chad at the Action Against Hunger Conference

On November 9, 2016, Anastasia Marshak presented findings from a randomized control trial that she led in the Goz Beida Chad from 2012 to 2015 at the Action Against Hunger Conference in Paris. This study was conducted in collaboration with Concern Worldwide to evaluate the effectiveness of their program: Community Resilience to Acute Malnutrition (CRAM). In the presentation she describes the positive effect that the CRAM program had on malnutrition and puts forward a hypothesis about what is driving the continued high levels of malnutrition in the region.
