US Embassy in Khartoum records Feinstein’s discussion on local partnerships

In October 2019, Musa Ismail (University of Zalingei), Abubakr Siam (University of Al Fashir), and Anne Radday were recorded by the US Embassy in Khartoum discussing the partnership between Tufts, University of Zalingei and University of Al Fashir. In his recording, Musa discusses planned research on the role of the Native Administration on natural resources management and conflict resolution in Darfur.
