Teddy Atim presented at the Stockholm Forum on Security and Development on April 5, 2016. She shared data from Secure Livelihoods Research Consortium (SLRC) Uganda program on service delivery in fragile settings, using northern Uganda as a case example. The forum was hosted by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the International Legal Assistance Consortium, and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
