Helen Young and Anne Radday led a two day workshop for the Sudanese Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) department heads on February 6 and 7, 2019. The workshop used Feinstein research from the past 30 years to explore the transition from humanitarian action to resilience building in Darfur. The workshop was conducted as part of the Taadoud Transition to Development project.
