Jiho Cha, MD, Ph.D. is a physician, global health scholar, and field humanitarian. After completing clinical training in 2005, he has worked for North Korean and other marginalized populations around the world (North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, Indonesia, China) through non-governmental, governmental, and international organizations. His research interests lie in health equities, implementation science with the health system and digital technologies, and multidisciplinary methods in hard to reach population. He received his Ph.D. at the Johns Hopkins University (international health), M.D. at the Donga University (Medicine) and MSc at the University of Oxford (international development).
