Beth McFadyen’s professional experience is mostly with technology companies, and she has participated in philanthropic work based in Guatemala. Beth has been a leader on the Board of an NGO partnering with indigenous Maya in the highlands of Guatemala. Upon graduation, Beth plans to combine her business and process improvement background with MAHA wisdom to support organizations addressing nutrition and economic development in Central America.

Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from UMass Amherst and an M.S. in training and organization development from Lesley University. She lives in Tewksbury, MA with her husband, four children, and two Australian Labradoodles. In her free time, she likes to bake, garden, hike, and be in nature.
