Merry Fitzpatrick offers tips for healthy eating on a budget in Tufts Now

A July 11, 2022 article in Tufts Now by Annie Young looks to Tufts nutrition experts to help people understand how to eat well on a budget, despite the the pandemic, conflict-related disruptions to supply chains, and inflation.

Merry Fitzpatrick notes, “The pandemic exacerbated a lot of [economic factors], and that hardship is carrying on into today. We’re in a difficult time, and it’s especially hard for families who are more vulnerable to food insecurity.”
