Andy Catley, Research Director for Policy Process at the Feinstein International Center, recently attended the launch of the 2^nd edition of the Livestock Emergency Guidelines and Standards (LEGS) handbook. The launch took place at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) and included a discussion of wider issues related to livelihoods-based support to livestock owners in emergencies.
