Karen Jacobsen and Marina Lazetic presented their recent work on the impact of climate change (mainly rapid onset events) on displacement and migration within the U.S. at the Migration, Displacement and Citizenship in an Urban World Conference at the New School on November 30, 2021.

On December 3, 2021, Karen Jacobsen presented the same work at a Symposium on Climate and Energy Policy at Harvard’s Belfer Center.
