Launch of the Building a Better Response e-learning course

Dear colleagues and friends,

We are pleased to announce the global launch of the Building a Better Response e-learning course on the international humanitarian coordination system.

For the past two years, HHI has worked with a consortium, including International Medical Corps, Concern Worldwide and Tufts University, in the development of this online learning tool. Funded by USAID, the BBR modules are designed to provide users with a comprehensive and practical introduction to engaging with the international humanitarian architecture. BBR is designed by first responders for first responders.

The BBR e-learning course is internationally available from the convenience of your computer or mobile device, free to use, and, for emergency responders, it is an exceptional way to guide best practice and stay informed. Participants completing all five units will receive a certificate from the Humanitarian Academy at Harvard.

On behalf of HHI and the BBR consortium, we invite you to take a moment to explore http://www.buildingabetterresponse.org and join us in sharing these resources within your organizations to inform the ongoing work of building a better response.

Sincerely,
Michael VanRooyen
