Information on USAID Award Terminations
USAID award terminations have impacted six projects at the Feinstein International Center at Tufts University:
- Andrew Catley was leading a consortium to train NGOs and local communities on new standards for agricultural support in emergencies. Learn more
- Erin Coughlan de Perez was developing the evidence base on anticipatory actions that reduce the humanitarian impact of forecasted hazards before they happen. Learn more
- Daniele Lantagne was conducting evaluations to improve the provision of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) interventions. Learn more
- Daniel Maxwell was field-testing a monitoring system that could provide more accurate, timely, and targeted humanitarian assistance for food and nutrition crises and famine.
- Anastasia Marshak was studying more effective and cost-effective approaches to prevent children in Chad from becoming acutely malnourished.
- Elizabeth Stites and Paul Howe were exploring ways to make humanitarian assistance more effective and efficient in meeting the needs of pastoral communities in Africa. Learn more
