Roxanne Krystalli discussed the politics of humanitarian evidence and strategies for improving the humanitarian evidence base in a blog post on ALNAP. She describes the four overarching themes about the humanitarian evidence base and the process of synthesizing existing research that emerged from the Humanitarian Evidence Program. They are:

  • Definitions matter
  • More thorough reporting of evaluation methods can help improve the evidence base.
