Gregory Gottleib teamed up with another former OFDA director, Roy Williams, to publish an opinion article on strengthening U.S. humanitarian response and leadership in Devex on September 14, 2018. The current system of humanitarian aid in the U.S. consists of three separate entities, which “impairs the government’s ability to push needed reforms with the United Nations.” Greg supports combining the three offices “to create a single office that can bring coherence to our relief efforts and optimize the strength of U.S. policy and use of taxpayer funds.”
