Gregory Gottlieb participates in the Careers in Development series

On Wednesday October 4, 2017 Gregory Gottlieb was featured in a session at the Center for Strategic and International Studies as part of a monthly series regarding careers in global development. Greg discussed his work on improving food security, humanitarian, and transition programs. Throughout the session Greg emphasized the changes that occurred in the development field in the post 9/11 era. In response to questions from the audience he also discussed the importance of making connections throughout the course of his career, making mistakes, acquiring skills to manage resources, and coordinating aid efforts with local ambassadors. The monthly events feature professionals who have worked in the development field for over 20 years in order to provide information to young professionals hoping to work in development.
