Anastasia Marshak presents at ANEC VII Conference

On Monday October 10, Feinstein researcher Anastasia Marshak presented at the seventh Annual Nutrition Epidemiology Conference (ANEC VII). The topic for this year’s conference is “Nutrition Dynamics in Africa: Opportunities and Challenges in Meeting the Sustainable Development Goals.”

Anastasia presented findings from Feinstein’s research on Community Resilience to Acute Malnutrition (CRAM), an integrated intervention model that Concern Worldwide has been implementing in Chad since 2011. Anastasia discussed the impact of the CRAM program on the prevalence of acute malnutrition, and ideas for future research to investigate possible links between acute malnutrition, water access, and livestock.
